On April 24th, 2006, the Plaintiff's "Letter of Inquiry" was filed with the Clerk of Court for the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska at Juneau Alaska.  Enclosed with the letter were two computer diskettes addressed to  the Judge for his personal viewing.

On April 26th, 2006, the Clerk of the Court returned the computer diskettes to the Plaintiff via mail of the U.S. Postal Service declaring that they were "Unusual Exhibits" and that I needed leave of the Court to file such items.  The letter is not a Complaint nor is it a Motion to the Court and as such, the computer diskettes were not submitted as exhibits.  The Judge of this Case will not have the opportunity to view the two diskettes of this web site on the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
