Really?
Invisiable Contracts?
Back in the mid-80s, an author named “George Mercier”
wrote a long Treatise he described as a letter that explained
his arguments about the federal income tax. This “book”
obtained a wide circulation back then, but within a few years,
it died down after the “Mercier legal theory” was
championed by the Pilot Connection Society,
an organization created and operated by Phil Marsh, and
went down in flames. But this work is again being
popularized by “newbies” in the freedom movement
and which in essence is that this “legal argument”
has no substance. |

The
14th Amendment fraud
In the early 19th century, the Rothschild banking house
laid a conspiracy to ensnare the United States in their
financial web. Their plan was to divide the American republic
into
two warring factions and induce both halves to indebt themselves
with massive war loans. In the North, their agents fanned the
flames of moral indignation over slavery, while in the South
they spread alarm and distrust of the North. |

Testimony
Congress H.R. 7
There has never been a Supreme Court opinion holding that
the children of illegal aliens are entitled to
American citizenship by virtue of their birth within the
geographical limits of the United States. Jurisdiction is
not a geographical concept; it is a matter of
political allegiance. Birth-right citizenship
has no place in republican government; it is the relic of
monarchy and should be recognized as such once again by
Congress. |
